It finds that the 2021 NDC formalizes China&#039;s \u201cdual carbon\u201d goals\u2014peaking emissions before 2030 and achieving carbon neutrality before 2060\u2014and incorporates more detailed and comprehensive cross\u2011sectoral and sector\u2011specific policies than its predecessor.
